Privacy Notice

Last updated October 12, 2026. Haul & Nest is a small moving-tote rental business in Casselberry, Florida. We keep this short and plain.

What we collect

What you type into the request form: name, email, optional mobile number, move date, home size, package, ZIP code, how you heard about us, and any notes.
How you found the site: the campaign tags in the link you used (for example utm_source or a Google Ads click ID) and the page you landed on.
Basic visit data if analytics is turned on: pages viewed, device and browser type, and approximate location from your IP address, collected by Google Analytics.
When paid booking opens: your delivery and pickup addresses and access notes. Card details are entered on Stripe's payment page and never reach us.

How we use it

To confirm your date, answer your questions and, if you book, deliver and pick up your totes.
To send messages about your request or rental. We send marketing email only if you ask for it, and every marketing email has an unsubscribe link.
To see which ads and listings bring in requests, so we spend less on the ones that don't.

We do not sell or rent your information to anyone.

Who helps us

Netlify hosts this website and stores form submissions.
Google (Analytics and Ads) measures visits and ad results, if turned on.
Our email provider carries messages between you and hello@haulandnest.com.
Stripe processes payments once booking opens.

How long we keep it

Requests that don't become rentals are deleted within 12 months. Records of paid rentals are kept as long as Florida tax and business record rules require, then deleted.

Your choices

Email hello@haulandnest.com to see, correct or delete what we have about you, or to stop any messages. You can also block analytics cookies in your browser settings.
